Fitness has been in my life since age 3 when I began gymnastics later continued with dance, swim-team, track and cross-country. I started both yoga and meditation in college. The power of training the body has allowed me a sense of becoming one with it and therefore a sense of freedom. See the Video section for a yoga apparel promo video and other dance footage.
Acro-Yoga is fascinating and my flexibility and dance experience allows me to flow with the movements without fear. All I need is a pro who knows the ins and outs of Acro-Yoga, that would be Akil. Acro-Yoga photo series photographed by Michael Moosbrugger
Street Yoga was a series inspired by a shared passion between me and Perru the photographer, to express the power and beauty of yoga and the freedom of the yogi. To stretch and rebel! Combining fashion and yoga, street and yoga. The series is currently ongoing and going to be part of a book Perry is creating. I will be sporting the prenatal look. Check my blog to see the journey unfold. Photographer Perry Julien www.julienphotography.com
Dance is how I let go, express my individual voice and celebrate the freedom in life. I have been dancing since age 5 and after college modern dance training, turned down a full scholarship to take my 5th and final year of training, to move to NYC. A free-spirit and faith driven person at heart, I knew I was done growing in Wisconsin and I wanted to learn how to Break (dance). I pursued dance for the purpose of becoming the art and living the lifestyle of that constant practice and philosophy. I have not been motivated to compete much or pursue commercial work, although gigs would occasionally come my way. Check out the video section for some live action.

My statement about Nudity:
Nudity is a pure state and I enjoy expressing the art of life via photography. I share this fine art because I put my soul into the freedom that I wear and wish for everyone to appreciate the nakedness to which we are. Intention is everything and determines how we channel our expression to create something meaningful. Dance has definitely taught me to honor how I inhabit my body and be in tune with a state of being.
Likewise, I love to honor the artistic vision of our imagination, that which manifests our sense of fantasy and desire beyond the ordinary. Our imagination is extraordinary.
'He's dreaming now,' said Tweedledee: 'and what do you think he's dreaming about?' Alice said 'Nobody can guess that.' 'Why, about you!' Tweedledee exclaimed, clapping his hands triumphantly. 'And if he left off dreaming about you, where do you suppose you'd be?' 'Where I am now, of course,' said Alice. Tweedledee retorted contemptuously. 'You'd be nowhere. Why, you're only a sort of thing in his dream!' 'If that there King was to wake,' added Tweedledum, 'you'd go out — bang! — just like a candle!' - Lewis Carol's: Through the Looking-Glass
I have been a hair model since Tatum from Arojo Salon scouted me for his show while I was practicing break dance in McKarren park one day. Check out the video section for a commercial I was in for Arrojo.

"Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening."
"I never cared for fashion much, amusing little seams and witty little pleats: it was the girls I liked."-David Bailey

The poetry of our personality, can it be captured in a portrait? Sometimes yes, but only a slight window I think. We are in constant motion, multifaceted beings.
