Seeing these photos really capture how breath taking it is to see someone really fresh. That someone is my son Ronin, at least in these photos and in my life. These photos are priceless because to go back to those new moments of experiencing life, so pure and really irreversible. I am so grateful that my neighbor Diana organized some shoots because as a single mother and a new mother, I was more occupied by the moment of simply care-taking and enjoying my bundle Ronin Rue. You can see this intimacy of awe and true essence of expression. I will do my best to maintain that regard for life with Ronin so he can continue that thread of naturally being with life in it's awesomeness.

Then there are some photos of me 4 months post-natal which I am proud of not because I look so fit but because my bounce back is a testimony to what I stand for. I live my life as a healer, dancer, health professional, a life coach that specializes in health, wellness and spirituality. So my body, birth process and recovery are testimony to how I have taken care of myself and made natural health and healing a priority. That being said I respect everyone's process and trust all is with great purpose what ever the journey is. I also wish I was exercising more now, but that is my new year resolution and the infamous WestRok is going to help me with a fitness program- yay!

proud to share this beautiful display of yoginis
of which I am featured several times as a testament to my joy in working with Perry Julien
this is what became of the prenatal yoga feature originally intended
ebbs and flows happen to change the course of life's plans
yoga is a way to center and align the sometimes chaotic energies we encounter
with such conscious direction you can see the beauty
